    We previously had just the joy con party of this for a charge so we were pleased to find this. It makes everything tight & compact, and like anything new takes some getting used to in the learning how to put this pro controllers on it. You have to look for the connector if you don't want to stand there forever scratching the top of the controller. After a short time we're now pros at popping them in there. Saves spaces and cords!
    I was concerned at first about how loose the controllers were on the usb c plug. I contacted customer service and they weren't too helpful. Just asked me if they charged. I've come to the conclusion that they need to be like this to get them on & off while not disturbing the joy cons while they charge.
    Over all, nice product, works great, no issues in last 60 days (as always will update if needed) looks cool.

    When I got the box it looked kind of small and like it might not be sturdy enough to hold all of the controllers but it is. This charger charges all the devices we have quickly and I really like the red vs green light to indicate if the joy con needs to be charged.

    It works well the only complaint is that I have to unplug it at night because the light is too bright since I have it set up in the room I sleep in.
