Switch Purple Case, Switch Case with Screen Protector and Cute Thumb Grips, Switch Hard Shell Case Protector Purple

This case is very nice. Not ideal for when disconnecting the controllers from the system monitor. As the buttons are not as easily accessible. But if you use this in on the go mode mainly, then there won't be an issue. The screen protector is durable yet thick, and reminds me of a thin pane of glass. Better than my thin protector from before. And no bubbles on application! The joy stick grips are my favorite. Especially when playing need for speed and I am so sucked in my hands get clammy and start slipping. Not with these grips! Perfect!

As expected, this case is only good if you’re a handheld player. It’s a nice hard shell, the texture is nice and it’s not that clunky in my hand. The thumb grips are a bit large and hard to play with in my opinion, but they’re cute if you just want them for the looks.
The only real downside to this case is that, with it on, your switch will not fit in the dock, not will your joycons fit in the controller grip. This case is meant for handheld exclusively, however, it’s rather easy to take off so I guess you could just switch between the two.
Overall a great case if you don’t mind the extra weight and abandoning using your tv and/or monitor.

This is such a simple and cute case! It came packaged in a plastic see-through box with the hard shell body casing, 2 hard shell controller casings, 2 silicone finger grips, and a screen protector. I was able to put it on with relative ease but struggled slightly with the silicone grips. I ended up popping them inside out and then popping them back the right way over the controller.

It has a sleek and soft feeling to it. The paw prints on the grips provide texture. The case does not hinder that playability of my switch. I can still take off the controls without taking the whole case off. The only very slight con I have is that it’s kind of harder to press down on the power button. As you can see in the pictures I posted, the case has a piece that covers the power button and you have to really press it down to get to the button.

It’s a simple case without elaborate designs, and the paw print buttons are a cute addition. I have gotten a compliment on it already!

Overall, I would recommend this product and am happy with it.

I love that this comes with a screen protector. The box was in Japanese but the images on the materials for the screen protector were easy to follow. I don't know if it was user error but there is a small bubble on the screen. All of the pieces fit, it was a little challenging to put on the controller's sleeves but once on, it fit fine. I struggled the most with the paw pieces for the analog controllers and I just couldn't get them on. Later, a family member was able to put them on for me. It's cute and will protect your device. I'll update this post later on about durability but for now I'm very happy and feel safe with my device. Overall, I think it's a good deal. This fits my standard switch that is not OLED. It is pretty snug when you put it on the stand, it can be challenging to put on and barely fits. I haven't tested whether the switch operates on the stand yet with the case on but I imagine it will. I also like that there is a cutout in the back so we can prop our switch up.

The cover was so easy to place. The button covers were not so easy, it was a little frustrating to get them on. The buttons feel rubbery and the paw print is embossed. It makes playing uncomfortable and my kid took it off before I could even take a picture which is why only one is shown. Honestly just skip the button covers. The case feels smooth and seems very durable and made of high-quality plastic. The color is the same as the product picture. I just could not get the right lighting in my kid's room. He's dropped his switch once and the case has withstood the fall. It serves its purpose of protecting the switch console. I recommend it if you're searching for a cover for a switch that isn't OLED.
